Get involved in Brighton Mini Maker Faire!

As a community-run event, our volunteers are a key part of making Brighton Mini Maker Faire a superb day for all. Helping out as a volunteer is a great way to meet like-minded folk, and as members of the Maker Faire team all volunteers will gain free entry to the Maker Faire.

With up to 3,000 visitors coming through the doors and almost a hundred Makers, the logistics of this event are serious.  Our volunteers typically get involved with helping us with the event set up and take down, welcoming visitors, providing information and guidance, delivering water and packed lunches to Makers and helping to cover Maker stalls while they take a quick break during the day.

Our helpers need to be reliable and safety conscious folk that can help ensure that the general public are safely stewarded around the place – and you’ll probably need a sense of humour too!

Volunteer applications for our 2015 event are now closed. If you’d like to speak to us about volunteering, please email: info@makerfairebrighton.com
